1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through DripForge.store. By placing an order you accept these terms. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

2. Products

All pieces are printed and produced to order. Colours and print placement can vary slightly from the product photos — that's part of the process, not a defect.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout by the methods shown there. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Free shipping applies to orders over €100. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier's delivery at your address.

5. Returns & withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and return items within 30 days in unworn condition. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics and content on this site are the property of DripForge. Product designs are original works inspired by music and street culture; artist names referenced in editorial content belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
